1 lb. ground turkey
1 bag of dry coleslaw mix, found in the salad section
5 cloves of garlic (minced)
1/2 cup of low sodium soy sauce
1 teaspoon ginger (I used ground ginger)
Start by cooking your ground turkey in a large skillet until it's brown. While it is browning, combine your garlic, soy sauce and ginger. Once your ground turkey has cooked completely, add your bag of dry coleslaw mix and stir until combined. Then add your soy sauce mixture, and stir until well coated. Cook on medium for an additional 3-5 minutes. The coleslaw should be wilted, but still slightly crispy.
Makes 3-5 servings, and is great when reheated!
